Register your membership
If you are an owner of real property, a commercial tenant, or a residential tenant within the BID boundaries you are eligible for BID membership and services and to vote for Board Members at our Annual Meeting. There is no fee to register your membership and you will remain a member unless your eligibility changes.
The Pitkin Avenue Business Improvement District is comprised of 14 blocks between Howard Avenue and Mother Gaston Blvd and extends along Rockaway Avenue between Glenmore and Belmont Avenues.
