Pitkin Avenue Renaissance Program

The Renaissance Program provides matching grants to businesses within the BID to help finance improvements to building façades, storefronts, commercial spaces and residential units. Funding for the Renaissance Program comes from the New York Main Street grant program. To ensure design consistency, selected projects must adhere to the BID’s Façade Guidelines which were developed in collaboration with local design firm, Made In Brownsville. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are subject to review by the BID’s Project Selection Committee. Take a look at our past projects here.
